PastaJesce ‘s Paccheri
Made from durum wheat and semolina.
Add in boiling water with a tablespoon of salt and a few drops of olive oil and boil for 10-12 mins. Mix with desired sauce.
PastaJesce puts in a lot of attention and care in the selection of their raw materials to ensure the taste and quality of their pasta. They adopt long drying processes, from 12 to 18 hours, at low temperatures, ranging from a minimum of 40 to a maximum of 55 degree celsius, thus preserving the nutritional values.
