2.5g is equivalent to 12.5g of fresh truffle.
The Truffle noH2O® does not contain preservatives, or flavourings. Thanks to a very innovative drying technique, its characteristic flavour and taste remains unchanged and can be preserved for a long time and can be eaten outside season.
It should be kept in a cool and dry place (around 18 degrees Celsius).
It should not be stored in a fridge as condensation can occur when the truffle flakes is taken out of the fridge. This would make the truffle flakes soft in texture.
Consume within 5 days of opening. It has a shelf life of 12 months if it is not opened.
Serve Truffle N0H20® at the end of food preparation, as you would do with fresh truffle. Crumble it onto your warm dishes and wait 2-3 minutes, the humidity of the dish hydrates the truffle and its unique flavour is released. Try it on pasta, especially egg pasta dressed with butter, oil or cheese sauce, on risotto, vegetable soups, cheese fondue, eggs, potatoes and all dishes that go well with fresh truffle.
Use this product with neutral and delicate recipes, so that truffle flavour is enhanced.
