Terms & Conditions

Purchases

  • Free delivery for a total purchase of $160 and above
  • Delivery charge of $36 will be imposed for purchases below $160
  • All prices including delivery charges include prevailing GST.
  • All online payments can only be made via credit card or through your PayPal account.
  • Purchases must only be made by persons aged 18 or above.

 

Deliveries

  • Please state your preferred delivery date and time with a lead time of 3 working days. Delivery times are from 10am to 4pm, Mondays to Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • If your preferred delivery date and time is not stated, we will deliver according to our own schedule within 3 working days.
  • We can only deliver anywhere in Singapore. We are unable to deliver overseas. 
  • Deliveries can only be accepted by persons aged 18 or above.
  • We reserve the right to verify the recipient’s age with a legitimate photo ID when there is a sale of alcohol
  • In the event that there are no recipients at the indicated delivery address, please self-collect your purchased products from our head office at 230 Pandan Loop #03-01 Singapore 128415 within 3 working days.
  • Storage fees may apply upon collection if purchased products are not collected from our head office after 3 working days (starting the following day after the delivery was intended to be made). Additional payment is to be made in cash.
  • If a 2nd delivery is required, $36 will be charged for delivery even if the total purchase value was $160 and more.
  • All customers are to examine and verify all goods delivered at the point of delivery. We will not be liable for quantity discrepancies and breakages after delivery has been made.
  • We will only deliver to one location per order
  • Working days are Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm.
  • For deliveries, we would highly recommend against having us deliver items to your concierge if there are fresh pasta and cheeses in your order due to cold temperature storage conditions needed. We would not be held liable once items have been delivered.

Self Collection 

  • Self collection is only available during outlet’s opening hours, please refer to www.carecci.com/contact-us
  • Your order requires 3 working days to process. Orders after 3pm will be processed on the next working day
  • Working days are Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm.

Refund Policy

  • Strictly no refund or exchange for sales transactions that has been completed online.
  • Products must be verified in good order upon delivery. We will not be liable for discrepancies or breakages after delivery.
  • In the unlikely event that a purchase went through when stock is not available, full refunds for that particular product will be made to your credit card.
  • Refund for unavailability of stock will take up to 7 days after the date of purchase.


Carecci E-Vouchers

  • E-voucher is only redeemable on carecci.com. If you like to collect the items via the physical store, you would still have to purchase the items on carecci.com. These vouchers are not accepted at the physical outlets’ POS systems.
  • E-vouchers cannot be used for Pasta Fresca Dine In or Takeaway or any of our 3rd party delivery partners
  • Customers who use E Vouchers are still entitled to free delivery if their subtotal before the application of the voucher is $160 and above
  • E-voucher is not exchangeable for cash and no refund in cash or other forms for any unused balance.
  • E-vouchers are stackable with each other
  • E-voucher is valid for 90 days (3 months) upon coupon code issuance
  • We would not be held responsible if the E-vouchers are used by someone else other than the intended party after being issued
